Terms of Service

1. Engagement of Services

Mikay Agency provides professional content strategy, brand architecture, and social media marketing consultancy. All project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and financial terms will be explicitly outlined in a separate, legally binding Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) mutually signed before project kickoff.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Agency Property: All frameworks, strategies, content methodologies, and mockups developed by Mikay Agency prior to or outside a specific client contract remain the exclusive intellectual property of Mikay Agency.

Client Deliverables: Upon final payment receipt, ownership of custom final copy, visual assets, and campaign scripts transfers entirely to the client, subject to our right to display the work in our professional portfolio.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Inputs

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely business data, brand guides, and feedback to ensure strategic accuracy. Mikay Agency relies on the parameters given by the client's team and is not liable for marketing delays caused by incomplete or unverified information.

4. Acceptable Use of Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the site's infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikay Agency, its strategists, and its creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or revenue) arising out of the performance or execution of digital marketing campaigns.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
